PLUS, THE DESIGNER VISION EXPLAINED

exterior

color

refresh

Looking for a new and updated exterior color, Patricia wasn’t sure which one would look better using only small color samples. A real rendering allows to visualize how the whole house would look with in different colors.

Considering the expense of painting the whole house, it was such a relieve to decide the paint color after seeing these renderings. Definitely worth it!

the

french

country

After a home renovation and more people to sit at the table, Sarah needed a larger dining room setting. French Louise XVI chairs and a trestle table in white-washed light wood integrates this dining room with the adjacent living room. A lighter back wall makes the space feels larger, even featuring this massive table.

I love how she captured my style and took my dining room to another level!

the

mid century

modern

With a need of defining spaces in an integrated living and dining room, Nancy was looking to fit a small dining table into a new mid-century modern space. A rug was used here to define the living room space, as well as the art above the dining room table.

The pieces work together defining the spaces and every square inch has a purpose now.

Retreat

With a low budget in mind for the  renovation, this cabin’s master bedroom and bathroom needed a relaxed vibe for a vacation rental. A big area rug avoids the expense of redoing the floors, and all the white textiles and wood combination bring a clean and warm feeling.

Designing the space allows us to offer a higher guest experience, and increase the demand of the property.
